I was so unhappy with the results from another dealer.  I took my childhood collection and asked if they would review the cards before they sent it. They said they would.  MY highest grade was a PSA 4 . I then brought my cards to Eric & Michael at a local show and they reviewed them. Told me which had a shot to crack and re-send for higher grades. We cracked 14 cards and sent. They Wiped the cards down and lone-behold, PSA 8's and even one 10.  These cards were graded as 3s and 4s. The other's will blow smoke in your face, do minimal work and just send.  These guys actually care.
